When will my food arrive?
All Diwali deliveries are curbside. Please have someone available to meet our driver outside and collect your order during your selected delivery window.
Our drivers are unable to bring food inside your home, apartment, office, or building.
Please make sure the contact number provided with your order is reachable during the delivery window. Our driver may call or text you upon arrival.
For apartments, gated communities, or locations with restricted access, please provide any relevant gate codes or delivery instructions when placing your order.
Due to the number of Diwali deliveries scheduled, our drivers are unable to wait for extended periods if no one is available to receive the order.
Drop-off delivery does not include food setup, buffet setup, serving equipment, chafing dishes, or cleanup.
We recommend checking your order upon receipt and following the provided storage and reheating instructions until you are ready to serve.
We’ll make every effort to deliver within your selected window. However, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timing during the busy Diwali period.
