By when can I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7 days before your event or preferred delivery date.
Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We are seeing a large number of queries now and we may close earlier if we reach capacity.
When will you stop taking orders?
Once we reach our maximum capacity, we will close ordering for office catering. It’s best to order early to secure your spot.
Can I adjust my final count later?
We understand that you don’t have all RSVPs at while placing the order. We allow adjusting your final order count until 7 days before delivery date.
We will adjust the amount (refund or charge extra) based on the final count.
When will my food arrive?
Delivery will take place within the selected time window you choose at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all details once your order is placed.
Is dessert included individually?
Yes, all desserts are portioned individually, making them easy to serve and offering a more refined presentation
Can I customize the menu?
To keep the process smooth during this busy season, we’re unable to offer substitutions or customizations.
