For food safety and health reasons, Kanteen cannot accept returns of any food items once they have been delivered and accepted by the host.
4. Drop-Off Service Details
Equipment: Food is delivered in disposable aluminum pans. The host is responsible for all service arrangements, including setup, serving utensils, chafing dishes, staffing, and cleanup.
Staffing: Delivery personnel are delivery-only and are not authorized to assist with unloading, setup, or moving items beyond the initial delivery point.
Add-ons: Professional servers are available upon request for an additional fee.
Insurance: Requests for insurance certificates (COI) incur an $85 administrative fee. Please note that insurance documentation is not provided for drop-off services where Kanteen staff are not present on-site.
5. Dietary Restrictions & Allergens
Kanteen provides allergen labeling on all items. It is the client's responsibility to disclose specific employee or guest allergies (e.g., Nut-free, Jain, Halal) during the confirmation process.
While we take extreme care with cross-contamination, our kitchen processes various allergens and we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
